Review Flirt! Light and Sheer Foundation Spf 15
Packaging: Squeeze tube.
Price: $14 for 1 oz; available exclusively at Kohl’s.
Texture/Finish: Light coverage with a light creamy consistency that gives off a natural finish.
Performance: I have finished half a bottle of this foundation before I review so you know I had some time to ponder about this. As the name implies, this give a sheer coverage and is very easy to blend. It feels more like a tinted moisturizer than a foundation. Since it is very natural and buildable, you can get a medium coverage with 3 layers without looking cakey. But seriously, who have time for that? So, I think this is best suited for people with fairly good skin to begin with. As far as method goes, I have tried this with a traditional foundation brush, a flat top brush, and just using my fingers. Don’t bother with the traditional foundation brush, it takes too long and you do not necessary get better coverage or finish. I like using my fingers the most as it seems to gives better coverage and it is very quick and easy to blend, takes less than a minute.
I am NC20-25 and Nude matches perfectly. It has neutral and some yellow undertone. I believe there are 6 shades available with Nude being the third darkest so dark skin people may not be able to find a match.

Review DHC Q10 Powder
Packaging: A sifter container with puff included.
Shade: It comes in a total of 4 shades. The first one is transparent 00. The other 3 has shimmer (end in 01) and they are transparent, yellow, and pink.
Price: $17 for .59oz, sold at dhccare.com
Pro: My review will be base on the pink and yellow shimmer powder I owned. Even though it is label as shimmer, it is very finely mill therefore you will not see any glitter. What it does is set your makeup without looking powdery, chalky or flat matte. It provides a very pretty soft glow. Brought it with me on vacation, took lots of pictures and the shimmer does not interfere.
Con: I really can’t think of any for myself. If you have very oily skin, I am not sure how well it holds up with oil control. The transparent powder without any shimmer may be a better option for oily skin. However, for dehydrated skin like mine, the 01 range is just perfect.
Overall: The yellow is good at toning down redness and also brighten a little bit. The pink is better at brightening and it tends to make me looks a bit lighter, better suited during winter. I also would like to try the transparent 01 too. Since I don’t like matte or too shimmery finish, this powder is just perfect, a happy medium. The puff is nice and you get a lot of product so I think the price is very reasonable.
